提供個人資料純屬自願。惟如未能提供所需資料，本團可能未能處理有關申請及與校方聯絡。The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, if the required information is not provided, we may be unable to process your application or contact your school.
收集目的 Purpose of Collection：
所提供的個人資料將用作處理報名、聯絡。The personal data provided will be used for processing applications and communication.
資料轉交 Transfer of Personal Data：
本團或會向與本活動有關之政府部門、合作機構及服務承辦商披露有關資料。The personal data may be disclosed to relevant government departments, partner organisations and service providers directly involved in this programme.
查閱及更正資料 Access and Correction：
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權查閱及更正你的個人資料。有關要求請以書面向夢飛行合家歡劇團提出。Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. Requests should be made in writing to The Theatre Wonderland.
資料保存 Data Retention：
所有申請資料將於2026/27學年結束後銷毀。All application records will be destroyed after the end of the 2026/27 school year.
